This Level 2 Trauma facility features a comprehensive radiation oncology department equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Aria EMR system. The center provides a full spectrum of radiation treatments to serve the greater Dubuque community in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Opportunity : Board Certified - Radiation Oncologist

This is a FULL TIME opportunity for a qualified Radiation Oncologist to join a practice where you'll be the primary specialist providing critical cancer treatment services to patients in the area.

Job Details :

• Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch (8 hours per day)
• No call responsibilities
• Full-time coverage with availability to work 4-week stretches at a time
• Patient load : 20-25 patients daily on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups, and consults
• Minimal inpatient work (0-1 patients per day)
• Adult patient population
• Required procedures include : Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, SBRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Experience with Aria documentation system highly preferred
• Must be able to start as soon as possible upon credentialing completion
• Active Iowa license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
• COVID vaccination required
