Business Analyst

Job Description

• Support assessment current variant management capability and provide guidance to the team performing localized BOM changes to bring accurate requirements to the program
• Support assessment of 20+ applications including SAP, along with key processes and propose an application roadmap recommending applications that should remain, consolidate, or absorb into the Next Generation PLM
• Outside-in recommendations based on relevant industry practices
• Create actionable roadmap, mobilization plan, and execution support for systems and process changes
• Data analysis will be done on as-is basis
• Support functional and PLM system expertise on the Next Gen PLM+ program Solution Design
• Evaluating business problems, their impact and proposing solutions
• Planning, coordinating and facilitating test requirements with business partners to define NGPLM+ requirements and to-be processes
• Developing a strategy and plan for NGPLM+ user acceptance and production cutover testing and leading execution
• Providing support for external projects where PLM input / testing is required
