Job Title : Project Oversight Analyst / QA Lead

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and ensure project deliverables meet contractual obligations, SOW requirements, and quality standards.
Maintain and manage SOW compliance checklists, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and deliverables are properly tracked.
Conduct deliverable acceptance audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
Evaluate go-live readiness by reviewing operational documentation, test results, and transition plans.
Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Provide status reporting and recommendations for process improvements, compliance, and audit readiness.
Ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks such as ITIL and CSDM for consistent project governance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits, reviews, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Key Skills & Expertise :

Strong understanding of SOW compliance management and deliverable tracking.

Expertise in quality audits, acceptance testing, and operational readiness assessments.

Familiarity with project management frameworks, IT governance, and enterprise standards.

Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and analytical thinking.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive compliance and readiness.

Experience Required :

Hands-on experience working on state government projects or regulated environments.

Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) frameworks.

Preferred :

Experience in risk assessment, issue tracking, and corrective action planning.

Strong communication skills for reporting findings to project leadership and stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and audits simultaneously in complex environments.
