Position Summary :

As a Charge Nurse (LPN), you play a pivotal role in the direct oversight of your assigned unit, ensuring the highest quality of care. Your responsibilities include administering treatments, medications, and leading a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in their tasks, all while fostering a professional environment for staff and residents.

Qualifications :

To excel in this role, you must possess :

• Educational Background :  Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program with a current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Leadership Skills :  Demonstrated leadership abilities and a willingness to work with and supervise both professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• Language Proficiency :  Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
