Base pay range : $80,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Description

We're looking for a Project Manager with extensive field experience to manage and build large-scale commercial landscape site development projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships.
  • Operate efficiently at a fast pace with a high sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate with operations and construction teams to ensure project specifications, budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage budgets, analyze variances, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and change order preparation.
  • Serve as the main contact and trusted advisor to customers, providing clear information and solutions.
  • Promote company culture through ethics and integrity.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and budgets regularly.
  • Inspect work, resolve problems, and manage labor and equipment logistics.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders including owners, clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure safety and operational efficiency across the branch.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with extensive field / build experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, or Construction Management preferred.

    • Desired Skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Driven, disciplined, and trainable.

    • Additional Information

    50% travel required. BrightView offers benefits such as paid time off, health coverage, 401(k), and a salary range of $80,000-$90,000.
