In this role, you will :

  • Implementation of a centralized system for employee relations case management.
  • Transition from manual and disparate systems to a unified platform.
  • Sensitive data handling and legal privilege considerations.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to define processes.
  • Select and implement appropriate technology.
  • Ensure data governance and privacy compliance.
  • Translate legal nuances into system design and documentation practices.

Who You Are :

  • Experience with legal or compliance-related systems.
  • Ability to think beyond standard tech implementations.
  • Understanding of data sensitivity, legal privilege, and regulatory constraints.
  • Strategic mindset with pattern recognition and storytelling capabilities.
  • Strategic partner, not just a task executor.
  • Swiss Army knife : adaptable, proactive, and quality-driven.
  • Strong senior PM skills with business consulting acumen.
  • Skillset : Strategic thinking, pattern recognition, ability to "murder board" disparate inputs into coherent plans.
  • Approach : Operate independently with light PMO oversight, but maintain alignment with established tools and templates.
