Tenet Healthcare along with DMC Medical Group is actively seeking a fellowship-trained BE / BC skull base neurosurgeon for a full-time, employed opportunity in Detroit, MI. We have a newly appointed, fully accredited, Neuro Critical Care Fellowship program to support our neurosciences programs.

What to Expect / Key Responsibilities :

Mix of General NS and Skull base procedures

Typical schedule : 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 OR / Procedure / Call days per week

Shared call with 3 providers– 8 NPs to assist with inpatient rounds 24 / 7

Specialized Equipment / Resources : PACs on site – attached to hospital

Working mainly out of the DMC Neurosurgery clinic downtown at Harper Hospital

Supportive ancillary staff available

Hospital privileges at all 5 DMC facilities

A willingness to participate in research is welcomed.

Requirements :

Board Certification - must have completed an accredited skull base fellowship

Active MI Medical License (or willingness to obtain)

Ideally, the selected physician will have 3–5 years of experience outside of training
