Kip Modern Dental locatedin Littleton, CO is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Assistant to join our team full-time . This is a Monday-Thursday position working with a supportive team that offers growth and development opportunities!

  • 2+ years of experience as a Dental Patient Coordinator is required for consideration

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm

Compensation : $22-$25 / hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities :

  • Patient Check-In / Out : Greet patients warmly, verify personal information, and ensure smooth check-in / check-out.
  • Payment & Insurance Processing : Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and assist patients with billing inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Coordination : Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Treatment Plan Assistance : Work alongside dentists to review treatment plans and ensure patients understand their options.
  • Phone & Office Support : Answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.

    • Qualifications :

  • Dental Patient Coordinator Experience - At least two years is required
  • Strong Customer Service Skills - Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach
  • Reliable & Organized - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Insurance Knowledge - Experience with verification, claims, and payment collections
  • Tech-Savvy - Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (Denticon experience is a plus)
  • Excellent Communication - Clear and professional in-person, phone, and written interactions

    USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 / Hr.
