Physical Therapist Contract Details :

$2,500 - $2,722 per week

13-week contract with possibility of extension

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility

Requirements :

Active Physical Therapist Licensure / Certification in California

American Heart Association BLS

At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
