A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to the sales team and manage client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Solicit new clients and manage incoming loan submissions
Track pipeline activity and coordinate with operations for timely loan processing
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales, mortgage, or financial services role preferred
Knowledge of Non-QM lending products is a plus
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
