Sales Assistant, Travel | Tech | CPG | Emerging Markets

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the SVP of Sales across key categories including Travel, Tech, CPG, and Emerging Markets. Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Proactively manage the SVP's daily schedule, ensuring preparedness for meetings and confirming times, locations, and attendees.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Assist with booking and managing travel arrangements; offer solutions when plans change.
- Manage and submit monthly expense reports accurately and on time.
- Serve as the main point of contact for building management regarding office maintenance issues.
- Order office supplies and coordinate team activities to help keep operations running smoothly.
- Submit timely and accurate personal time sheets.
- Greet and assist guests, manage food deliveries and incoming packages.
- Handle all responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, representing a senior sales leader.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation.Genuine interest in the media or advertising industry.Highly organized, resourceful, personable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional setting, ideally with interest in media / advertising.This position is based in our New York City office and requires in-office presence 3 days a week (hybrid schedule). No remote option available.

The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
