Ive been a State Farm Agent for 18 years and am proud to be a second-generation agent, continuing my fathers legacy of dedication and service. Our agency is home to a multi-lingual team that offers support in English, Spanish, Malayalam, and Polish, ensuring we can meet the needs of a wide range of customers.

I take great pride in helping my community thrive both in and out of the office, whether thats through supporting local schools, service organizations, or sports clubs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two wonderful children, especially when were traveling and exploring new places together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Denise Mote - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
