A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs and offer additional products
Demonstrate empathy and support customers in setting up new claim reports
Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with an opportunity to gain it during training
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service roles
Willingness to work a full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends
