Handle accounts payable and review expense reports. Support tax filings and workpapers for various entities. Respond to tax and governmental notices. Record general ledger entries for investments on a monthly basis. Perform account reconciliations and address discrepancies. Assist with the monthly accounting close and quarterly fund mailings. Provide support to the Office Manager and assist with additional tasks as needed. Education & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant experience).
