• What You'll Do :
• Assess, diagnose, and treat
• patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement
• individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function.
• Work with patients requiring trach and vent support
• to enhance speech and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate
• with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate and guide
• patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation
• to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• What You'll Need :
• Active SLP License in Missouri
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program
• Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills
• Experience with Trachs and Vents a Plus
• Passion for Helping Patients Improve Communication & Quality of Life
