USALCO, LLC is a leading provider of aluminum-based component products used in water treatment, pulp and paper manufacturing, the making of catalysts for oil refining, the housing market and other sectors. The right individual will have a can-do attitude, the ability to be part of a team while operating independently, and consistently performs to very high standards.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented warehouse supervisor to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for process optimization, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Train and evaluate warehouse employees.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of [3] years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Certifications in forklift operation or safety management are a plus.
  • Valid driver license
