Local business seeking responsible and trust-worthy employees to :

  • Accurately purchase gold, silver, and other precious metals at appropriate prices.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maximize the overall profitability of the company.
  • Ensure each transaction is in compliance with government mandated reporting to local authorities as required.
  • Provide management with customer feedback.
  • Encourage positive image of company with all employees and customers.
  • Promote and maximize company website, social media, and online presence.
  • Ensure that all financial records match perfectly.  Any discrepancy must be resolved quickly.
  • Any other duties as required by company owners.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or working directly with the public.
  • Experience with social media marketing, GoogleAds, Google Analytics, and content creation.
  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency with basic office computer equipment and software.

  • Pay starting at $15 / hour, negotiable based on experience.
