A company is looking for a Senior Director, Publications and Medical Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive publication strategy aligned with corporate and medical objectives

Lead the development of medical communication materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Build and manage a high-performing publications and medical communications team

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent preferred)

Proven experience in developing and executing publication plans and medical communication strategies

Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, data interpretation, and regulatory requirements

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving priorities
