Position Overview :

As the 2nd Shift Site Coordinator, you will coach and develop Team Leaders and Members while overseeing operations across Production, Shipping, Sanitation, and Maintenance. You will serve as the senior-most leader on site during 2nd shift, ensuring safety, quality, service, and productivity objectives are met. This role also plays a key part in driving Reliability Excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with The Johnsonville Way.

Responsibilities : Leadership & Culture

• Exemplify and champion The Johnsonville Way daily.
• Serve as the primary site leader on 2nd shift, ensuring alignment with first shift and maintaining operational continuity.
• Champion the Reliability Excellence process and management systems to achieve superlative performance.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, striving for zero IFR year after year.
• Foster Member engagement and ownership in safety, quality, cost, service, and Best Place to Work (BPTW) initiatives.
• Promote and instill a culture of personal learning and professional development for all Members.
