Position : Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Winston-Salem, NC
Pay : $70,000 to $95,000 / year + $5.000 sign-on bonus + shift differential
Experience :
- 5 years of maintenance experience is required
- 4 years of supervisory experience is required
Education :
High school diploma or GEDProgrammable Logistics Controller (PLC) trainingType : Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule : 2-2-3 schedule, 6pm to 6am

Ensure the efficient operation and support of our maintenance departmentAssign PMs, checking completion and tracking ratesManage and direct daily activities to team membersEnsure all safety standards, policies and procedures are followedReview the operation of plant equipment and systems, solving problems promptly and identify improvement opportunitiesMake calls to tech support for issues with machines, responsible for lean manufacturing, 5S, 6-SigmaWork with the departments to implement processes and develop improvement plansCreate department procedures and facilitates trainingPosition Requirements :
Working knowledge of PLCs and controlsMust have good leadership capabilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problemsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentHard-working and dependable with a desire to growJob Perks :
