Are you a digital marketing professional looking for an opportunity to create and manage impactful paid media campaigns? Callis, a leading marketing agency with roots in rural America, is seeking a digital marketing specialist to join our team. This role offers flexibility with hybrid work options.

• Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, DSPs and more with support from the Digital Services Director.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in strategy development and media planning for digital marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to social media management, including brainstorming, listening and posting.
• Support SEO and other digital marketing initiatives.

What Were Looking For

13 years of hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta and DSPs.

Strong ability to create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.
