About The Position

Facility is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac patient care and the ability to manage a high patient ratio.

Job Requirements

• Active NY RN License – Must be in hand before applying
• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg / Telemetry RN experience
• BLS Certification
• Proficiency in EPIC Charting System
• Cardiac Monitoring Experience, including :
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Use of Rapid Response and Code Teams
• IV Therapy / Phlebotomy Skills :
• Peripheral Line Care & Management
• Respiratory Skills :
• Oxygen delivery systems (nasal cannula, face masks, portable O₂ tanks)
• Non-invasive airway management
• Understanding of Isolation Precautions
