A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HRBP support to leadership, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
Lead and develop a team of HRBPs to ensure effective HR delivery across the organization
Oversee compensation, benefits compliance, and participate in M&A activities to support organizational change
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Significant experience in HR management, particularly in a strategic role
Experience with immigration processes and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred
