As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic technology-focused environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere. What Youll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues as outlined in site-specific protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and / or employees while representing Allied Universal.

Follow post orders and instructions provided by management to support the security-related needs of the location.

Assist with access control and / or visitor management as required by site-specific procedures.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
