  • The Position
  • We are seeking an experienced and transformative Vice President of ERP / Financial Information Systems (ERP & Business Applications) to lead the stabilization, governance, and transformation of the enterprise ERP (Microsoft D365) and related financial and business applications (Coupa, Azure, Snowflake, and others). Reporting to the CFO, this leader will play a pivotal role in stabilizing the current environment while building ERP / FIS into a strategic enabler of Finance, Operations, and enterprise value creation.The VP will oversee ERP Product Owners, Integration & Data Leads, and QA / Support teams, fostering a high-performing function that is both operationally sound and future-ready. This leader will establish governance, drive system integration, and ensure ERP evolves from a transactional utility to a platform that delivers insight, investor confidence, and competitive advantage.
  • Responsibilities :
  • Own the end-to-end management of ERP / D365 and related finance applications.
  • Stabilize integrations with Coupa, Azure, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Manage outsourced partners and vendors (PwC, integrators) to ensure accountability and results.
  • Translate ERP / FIS into a platform for business agility, predictive analytics, inventory visibility, and scenario planning.
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology to support capital allocation, investor reporting, and decision-making.
  • Define governance models and a long-term ERP / FIS roadmap.
  • Align ERP systems with redesigned finance processes (R2R, P2P, FA / Capex, Intercompany).
  • Standardize master data, Chart of Accounts, and reporting dimensions across the enterprise.
  • Lead ERP reimplementation and ensure seamless integration with Coupa, Snowflake, and other systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement in ERP / application performance, QA, release management, and change management.
  • Manage ERP / FIS operating budgets, delivering cost-effective solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing ERP / FIS team across Business Solutions and Platform Engineering.
  • Requirements :
  • 15–20+ years in ERP / financial systems leadership, spanning stabilization, data governance, and transformation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft D365, Coupa, and Azure, with knowledge of other financial and business applications.
  • Proven track record of transforming ERP / FIS into a strategic enabler of growth.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementations / reimplementations in multi-entity, global environments.
  • Strong vendor management, governance, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience aligning ERP systems with redesigned finance processes (R2R, P2P, FA, intercompany).
  • Background in private equity–backed or multi-entity platforms strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; ERP certifications a plus.
