We’re seeking a Sr. Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to own equipment performance, uptime, and safety at our high-throughput automated cannabis packaging facility. This is a critical role — you will not just fix machines; you’ll build the preventive and predictive systems and technical culture that scale reliability across shifts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, takes full ownership of outcomes, and understands that throughput and safety go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues across packaging lines
• Build and execute a proactive Preventive Maintenance (PM) program with strong documentation
• Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all unplanned downtime
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and ensure rapid part availability
• Coordinate with OEM vendors, field techs, and engineering when escalations are needed
• Ensure compliance with OSHA , lockout / tagout , and all safety protocols
• Train operators and mechanics on minor interventions and maintenance best practices
• Own equipment-related documentation (PM logs, RCAs, FMEAs, run logs, etc.)
