Arkansas Talent Group is searching for a skilled Staff Accountant with over three years of experience and exposure to accounts payable (AP) , accounts receivable (AR) , general ledger (GL) , and reconciliations . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our organization by managing various accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Management : Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• General Ledger Maintenance : Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Reconciliation : Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries to provide insights into the financial status of the company.
• Month-End and Year-End Closures : Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end financial closures, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Compliance and Audits : Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assist in the preparation of documents for audits.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
