Job Description
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.
Develop and implement production schedules and ensure output aligns with company goals and customer demand.
Lead and mentor department managers, supervisors, and plant staff to promote a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Manage plant budgets, monitor KPIs, and control costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues.
Maintain compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).
Foster a safe, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
Prepare reports and present performance metrics to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a plant leadership role.
Strong background in automotive manufacturing and knowledge of associated quality systems and standards.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma (certification a plus).
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
