Your Responsibilities as a Certified Nursing Assistant :

  • Ensure a safe environment and maintain clear pathways while providing care.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
  • Support patients with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Follow the service plan and perform only the tasks assigned to you.
  • Recognize, report, and document any changes in patient conditions to your supervisor.

    • What You Need to Succeed :

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • An active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
