Production Scheduler & Purchaser : Full-Time

We’re looking for a passionate individual to fill our Production Scheduler & Purchaser role and to join 1 of our 12 locations located in Quincy, IL where we work together to continuously improve the bottled water industry.

Premium Waters, Inc. was founded in1994 when Cy Chesterman of The Chesterman Company ventured into the bottled water business by purchasing a bottled water plant in Willmar, Minnesota. What you’ll be working on

Production Scheduler & Purchaser schedules all production at the plant to ensure customer orders are met. Performs raw material purchasing duties including ordering raw materials for production using Lean principles, ensuring FIFO rotation of raw materials, receiving all raw materials and correcting inventory discrepancy issues. Facilitates continuous improvement efforts in regard to raw materials. Participates in yearly inventory process. Liaison with Customer Service and the plant.

Using JDE, schedule production of all full goods to ensure the highest efficiency possible and to fulfill customer order requirements.

Using JDE, purchase materials needed for the use of production by issuing Pos.
