Responsibilities

Responsible for effectively operating the Visitor Management System and processing all visitors into the facility in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.
  • One year in a healthcare or customer service related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred :

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

    • Work Hours : 1 : 00PM-9 : 30PM
