• Illinois RN License through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)\n
• Illinois ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Nurse endorsement\n
• American Heart Association BLS\n
• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting\n\nSchool Health Office RN Contract Details : \n
• $50.15 - $54 per hour\n
• 32-week contracts\n
• Schedule follows the school district calendar\n
• RN will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office\n
• Nurse will be working in collaboration with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardian(s) to promote physical and emotional safety and wellness\n\nDuties will include but are not limited to : \n
• Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems\n
• Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services or treatment\n
• Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings\n
