This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our Real Estate team at D.S Murphy. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining database integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer information in the database
- Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate reports on order status and performance metrics
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Order Entry Clerk or similar roleProficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesQualifications :
