Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Davie County, NC. The Facility Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant operations. This individual will oversee facility maintenance, infrastructure, and utility systems, while directly managing a small team of two electricians.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee facility operations, ensuring smooth and safe functioning of infrastructure equipment and systems.

• Manage facility-related projects, including upgrades, installations, and repairs.
• Monitor and optimize energy usage, utilities, and facility systems to improve efficiency
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
• Supervise and support a team of two electricians, ensuring quality work.
