The Big Task

You'll be the friendly voice representing Peaden - making outbound calls to connect with our customers, schedule services, and build lasting relationships. You don't need a sales background - just a positive attitude, genuine care for people, and the drive to make every call a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to introduce Peaden's services and encourage new customers to schedule their first appointment.

Build rapport and trust with customers through every interaction.

Provide 5-star customer service and leave every customer feeling valued.

Share information about available products, services, and promotions.

Keep our customer database accurate and up to date.

Participate in training to strengthen your communication and service skills.
