We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our healthcare team, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will address various diagnosis codes, treat Ryan White and MAT patients, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Position : Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Urgent Care Physician

# of positions : 3 Location :

Fairfax, SC(1), Barnwell, SC(1) or Bamberg, SC (1)

Assignment : Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date : Immediate (ASAP)

Work Hours :

8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • On-call rotation : 1 week every 20 weeks (phone consultations only)

Compensation :

$195,000 - $275,000 annually

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated MD / DO to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, addressing a variety of diagnosis codes. Responsibilities include treating Ryan White and MAT patients.

    • Credentialing :

  • The credentialing process typically takes 45 days if the provider holds a South Carolina license.
  • Candidates will need to complete a credentialing / privileging packet.
  • An extensive background check will be conducted.
  • Our background check includes contacting three professional references provided in the credentialing packet.
  • Final approval is required from the Board.
