We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead operations at a distribution facility. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling, storage, and shipping of liquid pharmaceutical products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining cGMP and FDA compliance while supporting manufacturing and supply chain functions.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Oversee daily operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Ensure full compliance with cGMP, FDA, DEA, and internal quality standards.

Lead and develop warehouse staff—scheduling, training, performance management, and safety.

Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency.

Optimize warehouse layout, racking systems, and material handling equipment.

Implement best practices for inventory control, FIFO, and lot tracking using ERP / WMS systems.

Coordinate with QA and Regulatory teams on handling quarantined, rejected, and returned goods.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics with manufacturing, customers, and distribution partners.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of warehouse / distribution management experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, etc.).

Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, DEA, and controlled substance regulations.

Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Forklift / equipment certification preferred.

Salary Range : $100,000-$110,000
