Accentuate Staffing is working with a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Cabinet Engineer to join their team. This organization is known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship and a culture built on respect, teamwork, and integrity. The Cabinet Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that products are both functional and manufacturable while supporting the sales team.

This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical design and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of CAD / CAM expertise, cabinet manufacturing knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and refine engineering drawings, CNC programs, and Bills of Materials for cabinet production.
  • Partner with production teams to evaluate design feasibility, optimize manufacturing methods, and improve workflows.
  • Conduct cost analyses to support the sales team with accurate estimates and pricing models.
  • Implement standardized processes to improve documentation, communication, and efficiency across departments.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance automation and streamline production.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or certificate in cabinet engineering, woodworking, design, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with CAD / CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, WoodWOP) and CNC machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of frameless / Euro cabinet construction methods.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
