Responsabilities :

  • Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for production-grade use cases.
  • Curate and manage datasets used in training, validation, and evaluation.
  • Work closely with engineers to integrate ML models into larger systems and monitor their performance in production.
  • Ensure that AI solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for reproducibility and team collaboration.

Required qualifications :

  • Solid hands-on experience with AI / ML systems from development to deployment.
  • Proficient in Python ; familiarity with TypeScript or Go for integration tasks is a plus.
  • Strong command of tools and frameworks such as PyTorch , Transformers , Llama-factory , VLLM , Megatron-LM , and CUDA .
  • Comfortable working with cloud environments ( AWS , GCP , or Azure ) and containerized deployments ( Docker , Kubernetes ).
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

    • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience deploying models at scale in production environments.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD and DevOps workflows for ML applications.
  • Previous experience in high-paced, innovation-driven environments (e.g., startups).
  • Background in systems-level optimization for machine learning workloads.
