  • Position Summary :
  • We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assisting them with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and safety. As a CNA, you will be an essential part of our team, working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care during evening shifts.

    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
    • Monitor and record vital signs, input / output, and other relevant patient information as required.
    • Assist patients in mobility and transferring, including the use of wheelchairs or walkers.
    • Support nursing staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients.
    • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide updates and address concerns.
    • Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies.
    • Participate in patient care planning and provide feedback on patient progress and needs.
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times.
    • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Qualifications :
    • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [State].
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
