Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects with some of the most recognized brands in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyouts, and client communication.
  • Lead coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Utilize Procore for project management (RFIs, submittals, daily logs, financial tracking).
  • Conduct weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and issue meeting minutes.
  • Proactively manage risk, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and support superintendents, assistant project managers, and project engineers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial interiors preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Procore.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
