We're expanding and looking for a Mid Level Structural Engineer (P.E.) with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience who's ready to take the next step and make an impact on a variety of exciting projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from concept through construction.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house drafting team to produce complete structural designs.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits (some travel may be required).
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and owners to bring great designs to life.
  • Mentor and guide developing engineers within the firm.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a Structural Emphasis or S.E. license — or the ability to sit for the P.E. exam within the next 6 months.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Proven experience in both structural design of buildings.
  • Strong technical proficiency with structural analysis software such as RAM Structural System, ETABS, RAM Concept, RISA, Etc.
  • Experience designing in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry, including renovation and retrofit work.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A team-focused attitude and a passion for structural design excellence.
