Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Needs hands on Tele experience

Must be able to pass EKG Exam - study guides provided

MS / Tele RN accepted

Every other weekend

On-Call : No

Not open to accommodating block schedule

Scrub Color : Royal Blue

RTO must be listed on profile

No holiday RTO

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months

Floating : All RNs are expected to float to their capacities in their hospitals, IMCU can float to M / S, ICU can float to IMCU, M / S can float M / S units.

Be prepared to float based on census and acuity. Some IMCU may float to ER Hold

Registry Float Positions for Community Foundation of Northern Indiana candidates will be required to float to all 3 facilities (CH, SCH and SMH)

References : Supervisors or charge nurses are acceptable

Maximum days off : 5 days

2 references from last 6 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
