This opportunity is with a small-sized company specializing in commercial and multifamily construction projects. The organization is well-regarded for its commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality results for clients.

Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specifications and client expectations. Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

A successful Construction Superintendent | Commercial & Multifamily should have : proven experience managing commercial or multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $135,000. Car Allowance & Gas Card. Bonus up to 20%. Opportunity for advancement to general superintendent.
