We are looking for Entry-Level Engineers to join our teams across North America to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to projects for cities / municipalities, federal government agencies, private manufacturers, or data center clients.
In this position you will work with a multidisciplinary team taking on a variety of tasks that blend your theoretical knowledge with practical application. Under the guidance of professional engineers, architects and other senior technical staff you will support your team with project coordination, engineering design utilizing specialty software, and data collection / analysis.
Your responsibilities could also include preparing construction cost estimates, conducting code compliance reviews, performing field investigations, drafting technical reports and memorandums, reviewing equipment submittals & shop drawings, responding to contractor RFIs (Requests for Information), and more. You'll take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you by progressing from basic design work to more complex projects in collaboration with a technical team.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $55,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Eligible employees may enroll in a deferred compensation plan or the Executive Deferral Plan. Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried / exempt employees, seven paid holidays, one floating holiday, and caregiver leave. Some roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
The base salary range is provided for transparency. Individual pay is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education / training.
