• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\n
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\n
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\n
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\n
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments\nQualifications\n
• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program\n
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse\n
• CPR / BCLS certification. ACLS preferred\n
• CRRN Preferred\n
• Minimum six months' Medical / Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred\n
