Willowcreek Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-driven Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team and ensure our residents live in a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained environment.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee all facility maintenance, safety, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services.

Manage budgets, inventory, and capital improvement projects.

Be a trusted resource for residents and staff, ensuring our facility is always safe, operational, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of maintenance leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, etc.).

Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety protocols.

A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.

Ability to lead a team with warmth, professionalism, and accountability.
