What You Will Be Doing
What We Offer
Salary : We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Paid time off accrues each pay period, with minimum PTO requirements per year; applicable sick leave is provided under state law.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date. Some training may require overnight travel. Ongoing online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
