Job Description

• Lead and manage the configuration management process and deliverables
• Develop and implement configuration management strategies aligned with organization goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure configuration management program objectives
• Manage end to end complex configuration management projects and initiatives
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of configurations management processes
• Implement and manage all aspects of configuration management best practice to support business and future growth opportunities
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless integrations of configuration management practices
• Coordinate with stakeholders and different teams.
• Actively investigate, propose, and implement continuous process improvements.
• Provide regular reporting to all key stakeholders covering governance, CMDB maturity, data quality, CMDB roadmap activities and metric reports / KPI. E.g. :
• CMDB Audit and Gap Analysis Report
• Configuration Management KPIs and reporting dashboard
• Monthly Configuration Management Status Reports
• Training materials and recorded sessions
