Dermatology Opportunity in Eastern Minnesota

Join a highly respected, multi-site dermatology group that values autonomy and clinical excellence. This position offers a strong surgical component without the need for Mohs certification, plus additional leadership stipends for those overseeing satellite locations. This is an ideal fit for a dermatologist seeking a 4-day workweek, high compensation, and a peaceful, suburban lifestyle within reach of the Twin Cities.

Practice Overview

  • You'll join a collaborative team covering clinics in Roseville, Faribault, Maplewood, Monticello, Hudson, Eagan, Farmington, Lakeville, and Lindstrom.
  • General dermatology with high demand for surgical excisions (no Mohs required)
  • Opportunity to serve as site director for up to three locations
  • Well-supported outpatient setting with efficient administrative infrastructure

Schedule

  • 4-day workweek with no weekend or hospital call
  • Daily commute of 30-40 minutes from areas like Forest Lake, MN
  • Mix of clinic-based general dermatology and procedural dermatology
  • Flexibility in site coverage, with home base in Lindstrom

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $650K plus 45-50% of collections
  • Additional $50K per site director role (up to $150K extra)
  • Potential total compensation in the $750K-$800K+ range
  • Full benefits package including 401(k), malpractice, CME, and relocation assistance

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
  • Strong interest in performing surgical excisions
  • No Mohs fellowship required
